well, I guess it's time for a new update since.......1 person is reading my xanga.  I guess all I have to say is......the new Head Automatica album is amazing.  Also towards the end of the summer 2 more cd's are going to be coming out that I'm sure will also be amazing:  We Are the Fury and The Mars Volta.

also I think I'll be buying a motorcycle soon.  I think it's about time to get one.

Hey Friends, It's Kelpie!

well, it's like I tell everyone who ask me about any weird things that happen to me on my job.  "Just when you think you've seen something weird, something weirder happens"

Tonight at about 2:00am (I guess that makes it this morning) a call comes out: "351 and 354(that's my new number) respond to the area of 7 highway and RD Mize we have reports of 2 black children walking down 7 highway"  So one of the very nice evening officers tells us that since we are getting ready to go out of service in 30 minutes she'll handle the call.  Then she gets on the radio and tells us that the children are approx. 2 and 3 years of age. (it turns out they are 2 and 5).  Back at the station they procede to tell her that they were walking to QuikTrip.  (side note and quite humorous they had both dressed themselves and the 2 year old was in unfastened pants that kept falling down and a t-shirt that would have fit me, while the 5 year old looked like a very young version of Tubbs off of Miami Vice with his Blue and White hawaiian shirt open over his yellow and blue striped shirt.)  We asked the kids if they knew their address....they didn't, we asked if they knew their parents names......they gave us their dad's name....who they don't live with, then we asked them what school they went to.....they didn't know the name but it was blue and white, we asked what their house looked like......again it was blue and white.  So we had two officers searching the area they were heading from and finally one of the officers said they thought they found the house..........cause it had a car backed into the house.  Then the 5 year old tells us his 2 year old brother had taken the keys and tried to go to McDonalds and hit the house (which I'm really doubting it was the 2 year old, the mom said the 5 year old knew how to start the car).  I guess the mom was asleep the whole time until the officer knocked on the door.  She tried to back the car out of the house, but couldn't due to the angle it was in.  So they boys had just left the car running in drive sticking in their house and headed for QuikTrip.

One of the Supervisors said "In 32 years of police work I've never had a 5 year old and a 2 year old steal a car."

But the last couple of weeks have just been crazy in Blue Springs:  Murder, A guy getting shot in the chest from 3 feet away in a price chopper parking lot, and now a 2 year old and a 5 year old car thiefs.

Well, just got back a while ago from the Thursday show out at the Granada and I must say it was a really good show.....and I will be going on Friday back to the Granada for the Reggie and the Full Effect show.

Today I went out looking for Motorcycles, and I think I'm going to wait until either later this year or maybe next spring before I buy one, but I may buy this really cool honda scooter.  It's pretty cool and it would be fun for errands around town.....and it's gets 100 miles per gallon.

I need some advice:  There is a girl I like, and have liked for sometime now, and would like to ask her do get together sometime to hang out and get to know each other better, but I'm so afraid she'll say no, that I can't even talk to her now, and I just don't know what to do.  I have such a hard time talking to girls, but I don't know why, I mean I can't end up any more alone than I am now.....what should I do????

this is actually supposed to be an email, but I hate sending out mass emails so I'll leave it here and you can just post your answer in the comments sections.

This should be interesting.  Game On

Describe me in ONE WORD...just one word! Send it to me only, then send
this message to your friends and see how many strange things people say
about you! This could be fun! Just hit reply and send me my one word
back. Then forward this message on to your friends (including me) and see
what they say about you! GAME ON!!
